Curiosity

The latest addition to the Pepe company comes from the territories on the border between the Marche and Abruzzo, in an area between the Tronto river and the Aprutini hills. Normally grown on high ground, Pecorino is persuasive and generous, with body and character. Very few bottles for a small masterpiece, crunchy and angular, but at the same time powerful and intense. For a long, mineral and very drinkable finish.

Author Suggestion

“When on a beautiful sunny day you retrieve your picnic basket, go to the park equipped with fresh buffalo mozzarella, ripe tomatoes and a few basil leaves. Don’t forget to bring a couple of glasses and a bottle of fresh Pecorino. For an unconventional lunch that smells of sun, joy and simplicity. ” The Triple A Team
