“Its cherry pink color invites tasting. Fruits, flowers, minerals are the olfactory complement to a wine ready to be tasted repeatedly. The mouth is consistent with the nose also showing a sapid vein in progression. Exuberant and lively, “Sant’Isidoro” leaves no room for pleasantries, to be uncorked for an aperitif accompanied by cold cuts, focaccia and cheeses.
