Terre Silvate is the wine that more than any other represents La Distesa. A wine that remains “popular” without really being a base wine. It comes from an assembly of Verdicchio and Trebbiano grapes from three different vineyards with different soils and exposures, harvested between the end of August and the end of September. It is vinified in large concrete tanks and rests on the fine lees until Easter. It is generally the first wine to be bottled, to be enjoyed already during the first summer after the harvest.
