Azienda Agricola Hibiscus

Hibiscus is a small winery that finds its cradle in Ustica, an island of volcanic origin in front of Palermo. Founded by Nicola Longo in the Eighties, today her daughter, Margherita Longo, inherits the property, who manages it faithfully with the help of her husband Vito Barbera.

Curiosity

Onde di Sole is produced in only 1,000 bottles and this very low circulation makes it more unique than rare. Pure Grillo from volcanic soils expresses a noteworthy complexity on the nose.

Complex and harmonious, it is a pure Grillo that shows off all its varietal qualities, flowers, aromatic herbs, Mediterranean and exotic summer fruit. Wine with personality at the table knows how to get noticed. We suggest you combine it with fish-based dishes even with a certain structure that blend well with the body of the wine.
