Author Suggestion
“A complex wine, capable of moving. Full-bodied, dry and harmonious, it is extremely consistent on the nose and in the mouth. A full and enveloping taste is accompanied by the “rustic” gentleness resulting from aging. A wine for the Sunday lunch, to be opened in the late morning during the preparation of the dishes. Accompany it with a lasagna with meat sauce, or a meat stew, it will not disappoint you. ” Gus’s team
