We carry out repeated steps to support the slow and gradual ripening of the grapes in all the vineyards. In this harvest we made 4 distinct harvests. The last harvest was attacked by Muffa Nobile and comes from an Albana vineyard of the Terbato farm in a valley below the Torre di Oriolo with north exposure.
