Curiosity
Isola Rosso is a blend with the presence mainly of Nero d’Avola and Merlot which includes small additions of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. The yield per hectare is as low as its circulation: only 1,000 bottles produced. Aged only in steel, all the characteristics linked to the territory stand out in the glass, including a marked minerality.
Author suggestion
“Isola Rosso is the sanguine interpretation of a land that often sees the proliferation of white berried grapes. This red is known to be distinguished by its gustatory balance. A lashing minerality, the present but never aggressive tannin give back to the drink a freshness and a pleasant, juicy and identity sip. Table wine to share during a summer dinner with friends under the sky of a starry night. ” Gus’s Team
