The small company was founded in 2004 by Ciro Picariello who takes care of the vineyards and the entire winemaking process in collaboration with his wife Rita and their children Emma and Bruno. All aimed at obtaining high quality grapes and wines.

Vinification and  aging: Harvest in mid / late October. White vinification. The must is cooled at 8 ° for 24 hours. Fermentation is always controlled around 12 – 13 ° C for 60 days. Aging takes place in stainless steel tanks with frequent batonnages for 10 months. Further refinement in the bottle for 6 months before release.

Curiosity

Fiano di Avellino is the vine most pampered by the winemakers who grows in both the Summonte and Montefredane plots. Picariello starts marketing one year later than its fellow producers in the area; a choice that allows you to appreciate your Fiano even more by presenting slightly more evolutionary characteristics than others.

A gastronomic wine where pairing with a meal is a must.
